2. Description of Service

Hatty AI provides AI-powered CMMC compliance assessment tools, documentation generation (SSPs, POA&Ms), and readiness scoring for defense contractors. The Service is provided for informational and preparatory purposes.

3. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee CMMC certification. Assessment results, scores, and generated documentation are tools to assist your compliance efforts but do not constitute legal, regulatory, or certification advice. You are responsible for ensuring your organization meets all applicable CMMC requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the platform
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to compromise the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and generated materials within the platform are the property of Hatty AI or its licensors. Generated documents (SSPs, POA&Ms) created from your data are yours to use for compliance purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hatty AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to failure to achieve CMMC certification.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion. You may discontinue use at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
